INTRODUCTION

D∙Kaptain™ peripheral transluminal angioplasty (PTA) High Pressure Balloon Dilatation Catheter is an over-the-wire (OTW)-type dual-lumen catheter. Some key features of D∙Kaptain™ include:

• Improved success rate of vessel dilatation 
• Highest RBP of 26 atm

2. Ultra Short Tip

• Reduced trauma to non-target vessels
• High precision laser welded tip

3. Anti-Slip Balloon 

• Improved anchorage during expansion 
• Coefficient of friction is more than 25% higher than that of similar products

4. Acute Angle Balloon Proximal

• Reduced withdrawal force
• Balloon proximal cone angle < 30°

5. Lubricious Tip and Catheter Sheath

• Silicone-based hydrophilic coating which provides excellent lubrication, significantly reducing the friction coefficient.
